Staying fit when you’re in a wheelchair is not an easy thing to do, but it is doable. When you first get in the chair after rehab there is always a stressful adjustment period. Please help with baclofen pump questions!

I have recently talked with a friend of mine who is a T-5 Para and he is having a major problem with spasms and is considering a baclofen pump. We would love some information from anyone else having the same issues. Have you used the pump, do you have one? What are the side affects and restrictions?
